Merlion Calendar is a Chinese lunar calendar for macOS, made by MerlionOS Works (“we”, “us”). The short version: the app collects nothing and never goes online. This policy explains what that means.
鱼尾狮万年历是一款 macOS 上的农历万年历，由 MerlionOS Works （以下称「我们」）开发。一句话概括：这个应用什么都不收集，也从不联网。 下面说明具体含义。
Merlion Calendar does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no crash reporting, and no user account. We operate no servers that receive anything from the app.
鱼尾狮万年历不收集、不传输、不出售、不共享任何个人数据。 没有统计分析，没有广告，没有追踪，没有崩溃上报，也没有用户账号。 我们没有任何服务器会从这个应用收到东西。
All calendar data — lunar dates, the twenty-four solar terms, festivals — is built into the app itself. It needs no network access to work, and makes no network connections of any kind.
所有日历数据 —— 农历日期、二十四节气、节日 —— 都内置在应用里。 它不需要网络就能工作，也不会发起任何网络连接。
Anniversaries and birthdays you add are stored in a single file inside the app's own sandbox container on your Mac. They are not synced, backed up to us, or shared with anyone. Deleting the app removes them.
你添加的纪念日与生日，保存在这台 Mac 上、应用自己的沙箱容器里的 一个文件中。它们不会同步、不会备份到我们这里，也不会共享给任何人。 删除应用即一并删除。
If you grant permission, the app schedules local notifications for your anniversaries. These are created and delivered entirely by macOS on your own machine — there is no push server involved, and nothing about your anniversaries is sent anywhere. You can decline the permission; the app still shows your anniversaries, it just won't alert you.
在你授权的前提下，应用会为纪念日安排本地通知。这些通知完全由 你自己机器上的 macOS 生成和送达 —— 不经过任何推送服务器，纪念日的内容 也不会发往任何地方。你也可以拒绝授权，应用照常显示纪念日，只是届时不会提醒你。
The app is free, with no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. We never see any payment information.

Merlion Calendar is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.
鱼尾狮万年历的分级为 4+，不从任何人收集数据，儿童亦然。
